[SPECTRUM SAM]

 Before starting the game up, I noticed something behind the manual It was the Cerberus Network code for Mass Effect 2's special DLC missions and weapons.

It said I had to sign up at EA.com, so I did. But there was no sign of a Cerberus Redeem Page.
So I searched on the internet and was directed here by others with a similar problem finding the Redeem Page.
Once I registered here, I entered the code. Sure, I got the code correct, but I still haven't got the bonus content in-game and the code is invalid when I enter it in-game.

Somebody help me out. Where's my promised content that has been made unavailable?

I have the same problem. Tomorrow I'm going to call microsoft about the problem and see.

 Did you link your Social Bioware account with your Xbox 360 Gamertag?

There should be a warning above the text box where you enter the code that states:

" WARNING! Redeeming a code will use it permanently; make sure you are logged in to this site with the same email address that you are using for your in-game account! "

Because you have already redeemed the codes they are now used permanently and will no longer be valid.

You will either have to look for other codes on sites such as Ebay or try contacting EA to see if they could possibly redeem the codes again.

Be careful about buying codes on ebay.Rash of fraudulent ones...and accounts are getting shut down because of them.
