Mordin and Thane? Why those two? Well interesting. Legion should be there, not Thane. BUt Mordin deserves it.
Mordin has to win. Nothing can beat the salarian scientist. Or else I will test new bio weapon on them.

Pfft, Thane is nothing compared to Legion. Mordin is close though.
I am disappointed.

Although Thane is a very well-crafted character, I wouldn't put him above Mordin in terms of absolute, overall quality because he isn't relevant to the entire plot or setting. They're both brilliantly designed, but Mordin has a much greater effect on the Mass Effect world whereas Thane is just sort of there.
If I could put any two on there, it would probably be the Legion and Tali because neither is nearly as interesting without the other, but unfortunately the option to sell Legion to Cerberus probably kept a lot of people from seeing the character.

Mordin, Legion, the Illusive Man - so many favorites and only one to root for. I guess it has to be Mordin since TIM isn't on the list.

Mordin is so much better.

The Illusive man is also on the list for best PC character as well. Any of the three should win.

Mordin, since they forgot to nominate Jacob.
Also, because he isn't an annoying emo frog-boy. with better better character design than character development.

As much as I love Mordin, I'd give the award to John Marston. He had waaaay more dialogue to flesh his character out, and had a fantastic (and/or rage-inducing) ending.

Gotta agree marston is probably favourite, but I'd vote Mordin. Some of his lines are just legendary.
