Does naybody know of another location where i can find more drak scales?  I already got some from doing the Circle of Magi tower quest but have not seen any others around.

Lots to be had in the sacred urn/redcliffe quest

There are 7 drake scales available on the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest.

I only fought those dragonlings or whatever they're called. Didn't see a single Drake.

There are dragonlings in the Circle? Holy hell, I didn't even see a single one!

Anyway, there are 6 Drake scales that drop in the Sacred Urn/Redcliffe quest line. Enough to get the two sets of armor from Wade (I highly recommend paying him both times.)

No there are 7. Not that it helps much. You end up with 1 leftover.



There are no scales in the Circle.

Maybe it is level based, I found 1 drake scale in the circle.

I remember because I thought, "odd, I already finished that quest." when I saw the scales.

I actually got 3 drake scales in the Circle. One from the Drake that attacks you, and 2 more from the chest right beside said drake battle. Actually got that on both of my characters so far.

Hmm, I suppose I could be wrong about the Circle. Level based creatures is a safe assumption. I did the Circle first for Wynne.

It's weird: I found none in the Circle and only 5 in Sacred Ashes.
