So, I tried to install the toolset, but an error box pops up telling me "Game install not found".
I am using Vista 32 bit, DAO is installed and runs fine aside from the occasional crash.

Can anybody help me?

I would re-install. The installation path should presumably be in the registry, and I would assume the toolset installation reads said registry entry. Maybe something got messed up along the way?

If anything its important to track any changes of game version and previous patches applied if you have altered the this state then perhaps re-install and try the tool from a fresh perspective however if that doesn't do the trick check your anti-virus or windows defender if it is not blocking certain features of the tools batch files

Is the tool launch failure not due to a bad download, what ya think Challseus ?

Hmm, I haven't heard any reports of bad downloads, but it's certainly possible there was a blip during said download.
