FIX for Laggy Choppy Low fps Jittery lag Stutter FIX!

exactly what the title is, i recently got back into playing Jade Empire and as i booted it up i noticed my game was stuttering as if it had a low fps and after a day of google and other things no one had a fix except for some people who have the steam version of the game, they thought it was steams fault when in reality the simple fix was

restart your computer.....

no joke....just restart your computer and play the game, i dont know enough about computers to know why restarting fixes it maybe it has something to do with your temp files or your cache needing to be reset but restarting my computer fixed my problem.

no need for compatability modes or running as an admin or anything, just restart your computer, its healthy to do it every so often apparently,

i still get the weird tenticle monster shadow bug, that makes your shadow have a bunch of cloth flailing around  that isnt on your character, i find this bug hilarious in an asian styled game so i dont mind it one bit.
