I'm not on the forums much, but I have to agree with the time skip concerns. I know they said it would be fairly obvious, but I just want to make sure we'll know before we pass a point of no return. Fable 3, for example, didn't give you much choice in the matter once you got to the end game. If I hadn't been prepared, I would have been really upset. I'm just hoping DA2 handles it a little better than BOOM! 200 days later..

My greatest concern in terms of Dragon Age 2 thus far is that there may not be so much immersion as there was in the first Dragon Age. An example would be the fact that we're stuck with a Human and that's it. No more options unlike traditional RPG's usually have. That was one of the greatest appeals to fans, the diversity and how every race can have a different experience.

I feel that the limiting to only one race is going to lessen the impact of immersion into the game... I used to love games with voice acting, but now I have come to understand and appreciate how much good it can be having a silent character and have you reply via text. You can imagine your character's voice as virtually -anything-.

Probably not as much of a justified concern when it comes to others in this thread, and it's rather late here, so please forgive any typos or anything of the sort.

Best regards,

Menthi

I don't know how I missed this, but my one worry is that the mage class will be personal than the warrior/rogue classes.
