What ONE thing has you worried about Dragon Age II?

All other RPG developers can do it and it's embarrassing that Bioware still don't want to put the effort into it. Mid and low budget euroRPGs can do it, heck, even Wii JRPGs can do it. Even the Witcher, which used the same old engine, did cities 10x better than was done in DA:O. So, my biggest worry right now is that Kirkwall and the other cities (if there are any), will be sterile and lifeless, and that'll make me sad.

I trust them, however, I hope I did not misplace my trust.

I´d like to play my character, not Hawke.
In consequence of this I don´t like the reduced races and h a t e paraphrasing.
If I don´t know what he/she will say, she is NOT my Avatar.

THE PC VERSION:
How is it going to actually play to the strengths of the PC as a platform and how, specifically, is the PC version of Dragon Age II going to be a better PC game than Dragon Age: Origins?
Pretty broad, but specific things like having robust hotkeys, being able to scroll through menus and such with the mouse wheel, how the new Tactical camera will work on PC, whether or not the textures on the PC will be gimped by the console memory limitations like ME2 was (having good head textures that turn into a muddy mess below the neck), DRM, possible Direct X 11, all of those sorts of PC-centric questions.
Basically, despite claiming that Dragon Age II is being developed "simultaneously" across all 3 platforms, Origins was built as a PC game first and it felt like it- is Dragon Age II on PC going to feel or look like its been handcuffed by the technical limitations of the consoles?
Pretty much this, especially when relating to the camera mode. Stripping out of the top down mode is pretty much the first nail in the coffin as far as I'm concerned. I do have a laundry list of other things, but PC game play is at the top.
Thanks for asking, Chris.
Couldn't have phrased it better myself.

like with many band that change their music, usually the change results in them losing their style that made the good or what made them who they were
I hope DA is able to keep its good characters, story, and combat that made you pause to think,
I hope Bioware understands what DA is

The paraphrasing in ME was TERRIBLE, there were choices that you thought meant one thing, but the outcome was completely different. I felt there was a lot of:
Text: "Tell him no"
Actual Action: *Shepard shoots his head off*
Me: O.o ...
If there is going to be paraphrasing, I want it to be VERY obvious paraphrasing.
And sorry, i know you said keep it to one, but I have two. Character development and relationship development. In DA:O, you had to work at building relatinoships. In ME and ME2, it fell in your lap as long as you kept talking to them. I want to work for it, and sometimes they'll like me, sometimes they won't. It's more realistic that way.

It was a nice change of pace to be able to see s/s romances in DAO and have the Warden fully interact with the relationships instead of say picking someone up in the Pearl.
It was also nice to see that same sex couples were considered normal and accepted and I would very much like to see this acceptance again in DAII.

My greatest fear is that DA2 will be lean on character interaction given its shorter length and voiced protagonist. The "Mass Effect" games had few unique dialogues which led to much of the cast coming across as underdeveloped. Will party members have as much breadth and depth as in Origins, or is DA2 closer to the "Mass Effect" series or "Awakening"?
I agree with Seagloom. For me, even though Mass Effect was amazing, the only reason I thought Dragon Age was better was because of the depth of the characters, and how unique they all were. For example, the companion quests in Mass Effect don't really have a consequence apart from the fact they don't die. Now, in Dragon Age, it affects how they interact with your PC and the world around them. Also, the Dragon Age characters were funny. Please don't take the humour away!
This!

If I had to pick a suitable one, it would perhaps be how companion outfits change over the time span. Do the upgrades we make change the outfit aesthetically? Do we perhaps get more than one outfit choice for each character?

There are really two issues that concern me the most, which I think are gameplay related. The one I'd like to see addressed, I think, is the diologue wheel. I'm very concerned about the paraphrase system (or whatever the official term is) in terms of the paraphrase we see correctly reflecting the actual diologue that choice leads to.
If you can address this issue, I'd appreciate it. This is a big issue to me, a possible "I can't stand this game" issue.
*edit - I'd really like to see some actual game footage to explain this - comments such as "we gave this a lot of thought" "we spent a lot of time on this" "trust us, we think you'll be satisfied" while nice, won't do much to help alleviate my concerns.
