The idea for this thread is for the contributers to retell the story of ME2 using motivational style images.
1) Just as in the Top Ten Lists Game, If you are the last person to post a motivational poster, you get the right to choose the next mission that we will play. Please only name the new mission and give a short description if you are choosing a side mission (giving the name of the cluster/system/planet that the mission takes place on is a good idea), and let others have the chance to make the first post.
2) Again, as in Pacifen's thread, "If multiple people are posting for the same number on the list, the
first one posted is considered the "official" item on the list. No
posting consecutive numbers on the list, wait to give other people a
turn."
3) Each major mission (those involving story progression, recruitment, loyalty, and the various DLC missions) will be told using 10 different 'motivationals' before a new mission is chosen by the person that posted the 10th image.
4) Side missions, due to their shorter length and lack of dialogue/interaction will be told using 5 motivational posters before the next mission is chosen.
5) The mission itself does NOT have to be told from start to finish or in chronological order. The idea is to choose a specific scene in the mission and comment on that. It doesn't have to be taken in the game's intended mood of the scene, you can make a joke about a character's expression, or just make an observation on the action. If you are the first poster for the new mission, you can make a poster showing the last scene of the mission. The only hard rule for chronology is that it must be an image IN that mission. Oh, and we have to do Horizon and the recruitment mission for the character in question before we do any loyalty missions.
6) For the sake of this thread, a mission will be defined as beginning from the time you get the information needed to START the mission (ie: Speaking to Aria about Archangel or talking to a squadmember to obtain their loyalty mission) to the 'post mission' dialogue (meeting the new crewmember on the ship/yelling at the Illusive Man, ect)
7) Motivationals can be made here ( http://bighugelabs.com/motivator.php ) Once the motivational is made, it MUST be uploaded to an image hosting site such as photobucket or another location that will store your image. Bighugelabs will ONLY store the image for an hour or so, then it disappears forever, causing people to not be able to view the poster.
To post an image, upload it to an image sharing site and then copy and paste the IMG code into your post. That will allow posters to view your motivational poster without having to navigate to a different page. An IMG code will look like this {IMG]http://i224.photobucket.com/1/zepheera/PresslyBet.jpg[/IMG} before you hit submit.
In order to discourage skipping this step, any image that is just linked to bighugelabs will not count for the game.
8) This thread is supposed to be FUN! All participants are encouraged to post with good, or at least humorous intentions (thanks for the wording Ashira!) and take any ribbing of your favorite characters with a grain of salt.
9) For the purposes of this thread.... NOTHING IS CANON! Who's the human Councilor? Is Shepard Male or Female? Who's the Vermire Survivor? Renegade/Paragon? Wrex?(Shepard) None of that matters.
