i have the tome/actually i have 2/but i can not give them to who i need to give them to how do get them to take the tome from me

You don't have to actually give it(them) away. The program logs that you have it. You should talk to Aldanon about it - note that nothing happens with the Tome after this conversation for quite some time.
Also talk to Grobnar down in the basement. You should be able to have him upgrade the Construct.

thanks for the advise,i already talked with Aldanon but he did not seem to acknowlegde i had the tomb, but i will try again, thanks again
