Need opinions on if you would/would not take this class, and what would you change.
<color=Gold><b>Racial Paragon</b></color>
The Racial Paragon class is a versatile class who's benefits vary based on the race you have chosen. However, it's versatility is limited because you can only take 3 levels in this class.
Only the standard races (Dwarves, Elves, Gnomes, Half-Elves, Half-Orcs, Halflings, Humans, and Orcs) can take levels in the racial paragon class

Note that, this is an attempt to funnel all the racial paragon classes into one class, so the basic stats (BAB, skill points, hitdie, saves, etc, which altough can be changed, must be the same for all races)
Yes it's only meant to be at most 3 levels.
Yes it could be expanded to other races (planetouched, etc) but I'm only concerned with the base races for now.

To ask the obvious, is it compatible (easily merged) with Kaedrin's PrCs?
2. if it's a base class, and the above is true, I'd certainly be interested in starting out a character like that ..!
afternote: Able Learner might be a welcome option for Bonus Feat, to keep one's 'Paragon Skills' up to snuff.

Yes it would be compatible.
It is sort of a base class. It is in the sense you can take it at level 1 right away if you want. However, it does have requirements restrictions, that being you must be of the race(s) that it supports.

neato. I'm a fairly 'standard race' kinda guy. My issue with the Skills & Able Learner feat is that, being a paragon of your Race means you'd be more adept at things generally; having AL means you could pursue a vision: smithing, sneaking, interpersonal skills, no matter what class one subsequently became. Consider, three levels of skill advancement just don't cut mustard ..
