I find this the most unnecessary thread ever. I don't have a problem what-so-ever with my custom male shep having gozzy eyes just for a couple of seconds. I think this is the least of the worries that the developers should be concerned about.

Unfortunately, 'a couple of seconds' is an understatement.

Lucky to be you if you can go through without minding this, however, be asured that people who care about it have true feelings toward this problem.
Nearly all human don't have this eyes problem (it's a fact, not a opinion), so it's legit to hope they will fix it for ME3.
