The anwser is No.Microsoft points are redeemable for content avaliable on xbox live or games for windows live.
HOWEVER you can buy an eastore card at walmart now.
Those you can buy bioware points with.The ea cards are sold in the same vicinity as the live cards.They have Maleshep on them.I've used 3 cards already,one to buy bioware points with.
