during the last week my HD went down, yikes. when i get back into an old cd save i then get through spellhold in SoA i get the horn for havarian, i kill the pirate lord like ur supposed. but this time havarian doesn't show up. the only mod i have is for widescreen from Gibberlings3 TheBigg. so i decided to go back to the games own resolutions but he still didn't show. i have the correct patch installed for the ToB. i dont know if i should start the game from the beginning again or what. lol Hopefully u game gurus out there can shove me in the right direction and tell me what the exact fix is. lol me not game guru. ToB patch is installed correctly. any help is verry appreciated.

sry recent post might be confusing. one question added here. cant rem where havarian shows up after u pick up the horn. maybe during battle with pirate guy just cant remember. if someone out there knows tell me to keep me honest thx.

That's a regular bug that still can happen if you have the fixpack installed (had it happen quite a few times in my installation). As far as I know, the only solution is to summon Saemon Havarian via the CLUAConsole. Here's the code:
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("PPSAEM3")
This bug only seems to appear if you leave the tavern before saemon does after talking to him. He should show up in the south-east corner of the docks.

thx for the reply Enu. when u talk to him does he walk out or does he do what mine does and just dissappears without magic. because he needs to walk out but he doesn't for me anymore and he just dissappears like without using magic. ill do what u do and wait for a couple minutes for him to leave even if i cant see him walk anymore. ill judge his speed so to speak. Enuhal u solved it. after talking to him i made my group sleep in the tavern. then after that they slept outside 2 times, lol. then he showed up in ur SE corner. awwwweeesssooommeee
