So how long does it take for Wade to make the Drakescale/Dragonscale armor?

Is it a matter of real time?
Do I have to advance the plot?
Should I have him work on Dragon or Drake scale armor first?

in order to make dragonscale armor you first need to make the drake ones so start with those. when you make the drake scale armor simply go to another location then denerim and then go back and it will be made.

Okay, well I just found out that he's not skilled enough to make Dragon armor until he's practiced with Drake scales apparently.



So how long do I have to wait?

Basically I've done everything so far except give the ashes to the arl.

Okay... so I got one set made... kinda lame compared to what Leliana's already got on her.



I've given him more for a second set.

Does anyone know how many sets he can make? And what the best result he can give you is?

he makes two drake scale sets. I suggest paying him for them because it makes the dragon scale he eventually makes better. This is the best result. The second set of drake scale is better than the first, however.

He can make 2 sets of Drake, then 1 Set of Dragon.

The guide said if he doesn't get enough money his shop will close to you (by his sales represenative) and you won't get the chance to make the dragon scale armor.

I always paid top dollar, so I cannot confirm this is true.

Actually, there is no requirement of making drakescale armor in order to make dragon scale armor. Wade can make the dragon scale armor instantly, then you can spend time with the two sets of drake scale.

He says he can make dragonskin, dragonscale, and dragonbone armor.
