This maybe a noob question but does anyone have a guide so I can do this.

I have the same porblem as well, First you have to make sure you registered your game on this site, second make sure your options in game allow for updating your profile by selecting to "Send update data" in options menu. Then apparently it takes time to upload the information. yet this is where i am experienceing difficulties, i've played the game since it's lanuch and past it four times with four different characters, yet not once out of these times as it uploaded information to this site and hence no Profile was ever created. I would much appreciate assistance with this issue.

Ok my game is registered and I was connected to Xbox live all night yesterday and it still hasn't updated i'm running out of ideas now

I think DAO generally has many difficulties updating the profiles. Now I know that Xbox people are having the same troubles I've been having with my PS3 DAO... My profiles haven't been updated since August and all the information is horribly wrong and all the pictures and everything about 95% of my characters is not showing up...

They tell you "give it time and it will update" but I've been watching since August and nothing is happening~ MAGIC!

I going to try and clear the system cache redownload the patches and move my characters over to my memory stick then i'll start a new character and be connected to Xbox live all the time although i won't know what good that will do i'll reply back here after i've done that (currently at work atm)

Apparently EA cannot do anything about this looks like no DA:O data is going to be uploaded for me :-(
