Can anybody please advise on clearing redundant files etc from the profile?
These account for 21 out of 50 files allowed
The first four characters on my profile diagnostic do not exist on the character screen.
They are accounting for 13 phantom files.
In addition profile diagnostoics report that I have 8 screenshots that do not exist in the screenshot album - which is empty/blank

This thread should help you with deleting your phantom characters. Phantom screenshots cannot be deleted at present.

There is a way to get rid of the deleted characters that are still present in your profile diagnostics - the details are described in this sticky: http://social.biowar.../6/index/583965. Unfortunately, nobody found a way to get rid of the phantom screenshots yet.

I am having this problem as well. 60 phantom screenshots, which naturally is screwing up my ability to upload anything.
