They have the strength to wear good stuff, of course, but heavier armor draws aggro and costs fatigue. If your tank is doing a good job of controlling aggro (<3 Stoneheart mode) then they shouldn't be taking a lot of hits. Has anyone tried them in light or medium?

I say go Massive..Because understandably they shouldn't be taking hits...but they will..its just a fact of life.

Yeah I went massive as well, for the same reason...they seem to take a lot of aggro anyway, so might as well prepare them as best I can. There is some great massive armor as well.

Massive. Your tank will probly end up with juggernaught until you get the dragon armor. Then that one can go to one of them or the dragon depending on what you choose. The other should get the warden commander set if you have the soldiers peak DLC that thing is crazy OP.

Warriors have enough talents to reduce the penalties and to be honest 2handers arent very stam dependent with their long cooldowns and few on demand abilities.

I could put Alistair in Wade's dragonbone armor... but it's just an ugly version of the Juggernaut armor. I'm leaving him as is. Juggernaut might not be as good armor wise... but it looks a hell of a lot better.

And in the end... isn't that what really matters? :)

I had Sten in Medium and Ohgren in Heavy. I did it that way primarilly to distribute loot across all armor types and so they'd have less fatigue, but I never used them anyway so it hardly mattered.

I gave Sten the Blood Dragon Armor. Because the Fatigue Reduction. I would have gave him the Warden's Commander armor, but I use it on my main.

Same. Given the DPS that Sten outputs, I figured he's going to need as much protection as he can get. My tank (Allistair) has the wardens keep armour but even he can't keep all the aggro on himself when Sten starts swinging Faith's Edge around the battlefield Posted Image
