Hello, i'm Gabriele from Italy.
2 days ago I bought 800 BWP from this site using paypal, but on the profile page I still can't see them updated 'cause I've 0 points. I tried to mail the support but didn't get a response, and even the ticket system doesn't work (i can't see any answer and i haven't EA mails in my spam folder).
How can I get them? Or, at least, get back my money on my paypal account?

I'm disappointed about this system, it is really intricate for a very simple task.

No answers here, no response via email, tell me what should I do to fix this. Or was it simply a way to steal €7 from your users?

Check your paypal account and make sure that the money is indeed gone (as apposed to 'pending' or some such)...if its gone for good, then check your bioware points through Profile>Add Bioware Points - the balance should be indicated below the payment options. If it still shows no points and your sure you havn't used the points, I'd try contacting support - obviously, you've already tried sending an email...and I'm not sure if this is even available in Italy...but there should be a Live Chat option that usually gets peoples problems fixed asap...

Not to diminish your chacnes, but this forum is really for general information...with a problem like the one your experiencing, you would pretty much have to go through EA support...good luck.
