I used to have a Arc Projector, a M-490 Blackstorm
Projector and a Collector Particle Beam but they have disappeared .I cannot find
them in the weapon locker anymore.And I have purchased a M-622 Avalanche and a
M-300 Claymore Heavy shotgun for Grunt from the Research Terminal . I don't see
them in the weapon locker neither.Was there a bug?

Hmm... are you playing offline by any chance?
I had a situation where my internet cut out and I had to restart my router.
I had to go to the dashboard and restart the game after I reconnected to XBox live or whatever.
But if you have a persistent problem then you may have to clear the memory or reinstall the game to the HD.
