I have just attempted to install nwn onto my new computer, I own the deluxe edition, and when I type in the codes all of them are accepted apart from the code for Hordes of the under dark
Anyone know how to help?

If Lightfoot's suggestion doesn't work, contact Atari. http://www.atari.com/support/atari (there's already a pregiven option for faulty cd-keys).
You can first try to register the CD-key online. Sometimes the HoTu CD-keys can be registered as SoU keys, then you'll know for sure something's wrong with the key. You can do that here: http://nwn.bioware.com/
You'll need to register first.

I realize this may be a long shot, but nonetheless, is there any way for you to copy the nwncdkey.ini from the installation on the older machine?

So you played nwn before without problems on an older computer?

Then the CD-key must be right and you could have indeed mistyped something.
