I recently bought the Ultimate Edition and, as stated in the manual, i installed the extra content to my Xbox's hdd. 

When i load the game from Disc 1 it is still asking me to download the DLC. Do i need to activate them some how?

Right - fixed it myself. I installed the game, rather than loading it and then installing the addons. My mistake!
