Ultimate Edition - Cannot redeem EA Store (DLC?) code

Hi,

okay, I know that there are a lot of threads about DA - Ultimate and DLCs, but I could not find the exact problem I having:

I ordered Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition from German EA store and got ONE key (20 chars, no dashes). I could use this key to register and play my game - but not any DLCs.

When I try this 20 char key at http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php, I get the error message "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly".

DLCs are NOT listed at http://social.biowar...titlements.php.

I tried to contact EA support Germany, but they said that the "Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition" has not been released in Germany and they cannot help me?!?

And yes, I tried the other solutions and threads. The Updater Services is installed and running, and I tried disabling and enabling the DLCs, ...

Please help me.

Same thing for me.
Also when I try to register the game with my cdkey I get the same error message as the first poster.

Sent an email to EA customer support about a week ago and have yet to hear back from them.

I contacted with http://support.ea.com/chat, and described my problem, then the guy activated all the DLC manually to my account.

I also asked why would this happen? He said we should have a 20 digit code for register the game, and a 16 digit code for redeem the DLCs when we bought the game, but it happened to some people missing their 16 digit code.

I purchased the game from steam and actually got two promotional codes. One worked and the other came up as "invalid". My main question now is this; is it possible to use both or could I have only picked one?

[edit] Disregard this, I mistook the verification code for a promotional one.

My game didn't even come with a code and I bought it brand-new. I contacted EA but they were completely clueless and unhelpful.

Contact EA support. They are the only ones who can resolve the issue. (support.EA.com)

If you press shift+tab (I think??) a console will open up (while still in the game menu before resume) and your codes should be there? I haven't done it for while, so I might need to check on that? But worth a try?
