I fought zathrian and lifted the curse and whatnot in the nature of the beast quest but im now stuck in the room with a white wolf and the two doors out are both locked. As i defeated zathrian and during the conversation between him and the lady the white wolf was stuck in place and still was while the humans were talking to me, I skipped through the conservations a bit and am thinking this maybe has something to do with it, but ive no previous save to reload and cannot find a way to get out. Any ideas what this could be or how to fix it?

Which version of the game are you playing? If you have the PC version, it should automatically save periodically (unless it's an options box that I just don't remember checking) thus giving you a save from before the battle. I can't remember if the Xbox version does that or not.. I think so but it's been so long since I've played that version that I can't remember.
Basically though what you are describing is a bug and the only way to fix it (short of you playing on the PC and discovering a console command to open the doors) is to reload a previous save and hope it doesn't happen again. If that's not an option because you've either never saved the game, deleted all your saves for some reason, or saved after the game bugged on you, there's really not many options aside from starting over and keeping several saves next time around. I rotate between three manual saves in addition to auto-saves and quick saves for this very reason.
Edit: Yeah, I should really check which section threads are posted in. If I did, I'd have realized you play the Xbox version.
On the Xbox you can't use console commands so you don't have any options except a prior save or starting over unless someone else knows a fix that I'm unaware of.
