I have phenom quad core 9100e with 4 gigs of ram and the 1 gig 9800gt nvidia,i run game 1920-1080 resolution wide screen32bbp .the game is patched to 1.03. its not a terrible system,maybe not uber but not horrible.I am running the game with all settings high and haveing almost no issues with lag  dureing play but when the game switches areas the loading takes as stated 1-4min any suggestions to speed up the loading would be very apreciated.

set your CPU affinity to only the 4th one... this is a known issue with AMD quads... where did you get patch 1.03?
