I use a 22" LG widescreen monitor as my main, and an LF 19" CRT as my 2nd screen, on which i sometimes watch movies and such while playing various games/x360 on the main one.

Today i ran a small test. Turned off the 2nd monitor from the nVidia control panel, restarted the PC for a clean boot, and ran Dragon Age.
My steady fps was 51.
I then quit the game, turned on the 2nd monitor, and restarted again.
Now, Dragon Age was steady at 41-44.

So if you are using a 2nd monitor, try turning it off (deactivating through the graphics driver control panel) to gain a few precious fps.
