I ask this because there are the new orders on the store that say they will ship mid Febuary. I do remeber reading a post by the biowarestore jedi saying we should expect them sometime in December. But with them taking orders again and that saying mid febuary makes me wonder which date they are going to arrive. So is mid febuary the new date we should expect them or is that just for the second shipment?

Lastly the main reason why I dont want them to come in Febuary is because I ship out to basic training in Febuary and im thinking I wont see them for a long period of time.Thanks in advanced.

They ship out "maybe" in Feb...might be later. The manufacturer has pushed the date back multiple times so it isn't Treehouse's fault. Jedi has since announced this. Mid-Feb is a tenative date. Who knows if they'll be pushed back again....I believe you are charged instantly however since it is a pre-sale item.

This is precisely why I objected to 'rewarding' the multipack customers with mini lithos for their 'inconvenience' due to the delay. Everyone, regardless of how many they actually bought, is being affected equally.

If anything, the manufacturer should be doing something, for everyone involved, to make it right. Creating a caste system within the customer base was a bad idea.

I don't understand where this February date is coming from. Everything I see says Series 1 is coming out this month still... around the 22nd to be exact.

I have a figure coming from 2 different places (tfaw and amazon) and they both have mentioned the 22nd as a release date.



If it gets delayed again, I'm going to be pretty upset. They've been delayed far too much as it is.

DC Direct also states on sale december 22nd and as they are making them I would hope this is accurate.

My amazon order was cancelled automatically because they wont be shipping anytime soon apparantly. Not sure what to say.

DC Direct has pushed these out to Mid- January. We're hoping this is the final delay.

According to the DCD site this is not not releasing until March! So confusing.... If it is March then it sounds like these might not be finished in time to avoid Chinese New Year.
