*Big Ass Disclaimer*
This data is pulled out of the database provided with the toolset.  It doesn't list any secondary effects, additional scripts that might be run, damage bonuses I don't know about or mob resistances.  Nearly every spell has a base damage of (100 + Spellpower) * Damage_Factor.  The DoTs use that base damage over the Duration every Interval.  I'm not sure the exact formula as I'm at work and don't have numbers in front of me.

I would love to see the data on the spells. BioWare really has been slacking in informing us how much damage a spell / talent does, sadly. If you could get that formatting going, that'd be great!
