I sort of fiddled around with the picture on Photobucket, and tried to sharpen the image a bit, and then light and darken it so his skin doesn't blend in with his armor *fail*

Maybe he is ex-Dalish. They kicked him out for being too glowy and giving away their position to their enemies in the forests. That way he can be "Not Dalish" and also sound Welsh. :B

Gunther MEG Alejandro needs a name We didn't get Isabela's for quite a while either, though, so. Blah.

I don't know what the consensus is yet on Meg's backstory, but is it possible that this is not an elf, but rather something in the shape of an elf? Possibly a spirit?

I was just thinking about the Lady of the Forest and Meg reminded me of her for some reason ... Possibly because of those dark eyes and his pallor.

It'd explain the shiny veins and his lack of Dalish heritage despite the naturey effect his armor has at least.  Though I would guess that feathers aren't feature of Dalish fashion.

Meg is certainly living up to the mysterious bit of his nickname.  I don't see any city elves (except from Orlais or maybe Antiva), especially from Kirkwall considering its history with slavery, wearing feathers.  He's not not a mage so he can't be some escaped apostate.  Ergh, who are you and what's your name dude?

He's a Canadian actor/comedian. Those types of names are fairly common in Canada.
