this makes me hope even more that he isn't a rogue. Otherwise - forgive me - I'll have to raise an eyebrow in surprise at your seeming lack of originality, Gaider. Of course, the personality's the most important part of a character, so I shouldn't be so quick to question. But still, it'd be refreshing to have an elf companion that's neither a mage nor a rogue. At the very least I hope he isn't an assassin.

I'd be very happy if he was an elven warrior. Even though we already have a Two-hander Warrior (Carver), and a tank (Aveline). But at least his look is far different from Zev.

Also, isn't this the first companion we know of that's written by the Gaid? I wonder how high his snarky rating is.

Can you go back from being enlightened? Tal'Vashoth just means you turn your back on the Qun. So.. finding it, and rejecting it would be the same as going Tal'Vashoth I suppose.

Granted, this being a 'Qunari' elf is pretty unlikely, but it's the best I got at the moment.

Hmm... now I wonder if there is a special word for that.  Converting then unconverting I mean.

The fact that he isn't Dalish makes me that much more sure we'll be getting a female Dalish LI.

I recall there being talk of elf factions. So this could be a hitherto unknown sort of elf grouping. I don't imagine all elves everywhere in Thedas live in alienages just because they do in Ferelden and Orlais.

How can you tell it is crow feathers and not say ... raven feathers.
