I'm not. Awakening felt rushed to me, so I think romances would have been really unsatisfying. Though, I did like the dynamic between Nate and the HNF warden, which you lose with any other PC because it's based on that family conflict.

I'm not. Awakening felt rushed to me, so I think romances would have been really unsatisfying. Though, I did like the dynamic between Nate and the HNF warden, which you lose with any other PC because it's based on that family conflict.

I agree.  I think that would have been the most interesting paring for a Nathaniel romance.  There's a lot of history and anger there.  I feel a pairing with any other PC wouldn't have been *nearly* as interesting.

And I already replied with:"There is a big chance that MEG is in fact a companion because someone posted a magazine scan with Meg and all the other known followers Aveline, Isabella and Varric. But since it is forbidden to post magazine scans on the forums, it has been deleted."

And why does it make it a companion and not for example the antagonist? Also I am still convinced that we can't keep Aveline. There is a big chance DA2 will have, like DA:O, prologue characters which are only available early in the game. And who would that be? If you take the opinon of forumites every character is a full companion. What are the chances for that?

True, not every new character can be a companion and, for the record, not every companion can be romanced, but in this thread we express our hopes that this mysterious new character written by David Gaider himself will be a companion and maybe even romanceable. Or at least some of us do. Since we have barely no info at all right now we are more than willing to do what we do best - speculate. Yessir.

FFFFFF--- YES!!!!

If Meg is like this, I may just go into fangirl anaphylactic shock. I love our sweet bioware romances, but I'm craving for the hot&cold-push-me-up-against-the-wall-stare-me-down-and-ravage-me type. If anyone can do this justice, I suspect BW can... especially since Gaider wrote him.
