I thought it would be awesome to have some for Dragon Age: Origins, and even Mass Effect (2 of my favorite games)
not only would your fans surely appreciate it but you could also use it as incentive...like only making certain ones available for those who own the DLC (particularly Warden's Keep/Pinnacle Station)
ideas for items:
1. seeing as how other games have little flying items (assassin's creed 2, MW2) I believe it would be an awesome award to have a little dragon fly around you breathing fire ESPECIALLY since there is an actual achievement for killing a dragon !!!
2. Obviously weapons: swords, staves, hammers, ect... (Starfang
)3. A little shale or a shale doll (kinda like the bioshock big daddy doll)
4. armor: Blood dragon armor, darkspawn armor, templar armor, ect...
most of those could easily be tied into an already existing achievement
1. Dragonslayer Achievement
2. Master of Arms, Shadow, and Archmage Achievements
3. Stone's Lament Achievement
