Forgive me if I'm being stupid, but where in the game is the grey warden sword?

Sure, if you want to club them to death.
Those are not combat-grade weapons. They most probably don't have the quality ingredients and forgery it takes to make a decent combat-ready sword, just judging from the price.
Full blown weapons that you can use in combat are for starters around 1000-1500$ depending on what type of sword, what smith and so forth. And don't expect those weapons to be actually good.
Real weapons like people fought with in Feudal times for example are foremostly not forged by now anyway and if, are around a couple of thousands of dollars and heavily restricted in most areas.

It's relatively easy to find decent combat-grade weapons if you are willing to put down $150 or so. For 200-250, you can find top-notch combat-grade weapons, and no, they are not restricted from ownership in the US unless you are concealing one on you in a highly public location such as the mall, bank, hospital, etc. Even then, you can get a concealed weapons permit quite easily in most states.

Are they historically accurate? Usually not. But they certainly are better than weapons that were used during medieval, and even the Rennaisance period, by the simple virtue of using advanced alloys and forging techniques that were simply technologically impossible 500 years ago.
All that said, I somehow doubt the Warden swords are combat-capable in any real fashion, though. They might have been sharpened, but they probably have a crappy tang and are not likely to be well-balanced. Just look at all the extra frills.
Looks nice, though.
