It's kinda hard to show aging in game. The CGI's are alot more detailed.

Human noble - he or she is still called pup by their father! come on people. The human noble is no way any older than 18. Another thing is that Oren looks about 6, and considering how soon nobles marry (apart from Bann Teagan for some reason), Fergus mustn't be much more than 30, so this fits.
My mage always feels incredibly young. I was thinking 16 at the Harrowing, although I might have created a very young looking char (see my avatar) which supports this theory.
As for Alistair, no way he is older than 23-24, and that fits with Cailan.
Morrigan looks WAY younger than 30 - dont be fooled by the way she talks. She is about 25. Just watch when she speaks with the Dog, or when she is confused about being in love with you....
Sten - looks over 30 and feels over 1000.. but probably 32.. which would REALLY suit my young fine human noble girl romance with sten, was there an option

Ok, going by the toolset (which IS wrong in a few cases -- i'll note those):
All the wardens are between 18 - 25. Take your pick, there is RP involved here. DN is obviously in his/her 20s, the rest, doesn't matter. i'm 42 and my mom still calls me pet names, so the HN being called 'pup" doesn't really matter.
Alistair is in his early 20s per David Gaider. Toolset says 32, but that is confirmed wrong. Alistair is 20 or 21.
The rest of these are toolset ages:
Leliana -- 26.
Zevran -- 24.
Morrigan -- 29.
Sten & Ogrhen -- 35
Wynne -- 55
These ages all make sense to me. Morrigan may be wrong as well -- it's hard to say. The way she was raised would make her extremely naive about civilization. I could see her as 29, i could see her as 21.

oghren is easily 40 in my opinion....
think about it, lets say he married Branka at 28 ish (not earlier, because he had to become a really accomplished warrior before they got together - remember, they say that he was the best and that he was a "veteran". That takes time.)
Then they get married, and they were married for some years before Branka became a paragon. let's say 3 years, that makes Oghren 31 ish. Then she became a paragon and they moved to a nice house etc (all Oghren telling) and get a household and then they lived together for a while, and happily - (also Oghren saying) lets say another 3-4 years, now we have a 35 y old Oghren. Then Branka decides to turn crazy and obsessed with the anvil and she and oghren get more and more distant. I would add another two years for that. Then Branka heads off to the deep roads, we all know, for two years. This would make Oghren 39 when he meets the warden.
Im trying to be realistic here, like it would happen in real life...

But you are making the assumption he married at 28, though dwarven population decline is an issue. some more toolset ages to put that into perspective...

Once a warrior of considerable reputation, Oghren fell apart when his wife -- the Paragon smith, Branka -- abandoned him to go chasing after her obsessions in the Deep Roads. Oghren became a drunkard, and his normal irreverence became a foulness that managed to alienate almost everyone he knew. Oghren is foul-mouthed, contentious and completely inappropriate even at the best of times. Indeed, he acts like this knowingly and no longer cares whom he upsets. He remains obsessed with mounting an expedition to find Branka, but has almost given up on the idea since no-one will pay any attention to him any longer.
A warrior caste dwarf is not going to start fighting at 18 -- they're always going to have been trained. But there's no indication that dwarves are close to 30 when they get married.
35 makes sense to me, but I have no problem with people seeing him older or younger.
And more toolset ages -- again, take them for what they're worth.

Those ages make sense to me as Shianni does seem younger than the city elf, and I don't think that the violence that is shown against her would be as graphic if she were a minor.

I see the human noble as anywhere between 18-25. She's old to not be married, but she's given a huge amount of freedom and has quite a reputation as well. Since she's not the heir and since her father is very powerful in his own right, it's possible she's been given a pass.
Dwarf Casteless I see as the youngest, perhaps 18. His/her sister has to be fairly young, yet was enough older that they helped raise them.

Leliana being 30 doesn't fit in with the timeline.....
Edit: And again its been going around that David Gaider has confirmed Morrigan as early thirties.

Leliana seems very young like 20-21 to me. I'm guesssing she'd be a teenager when she started training to fight as a bard. I always imagine she's that age anyways.
Morrigan definately much older than Leliana but quite dense about real life since she lived in seclusion from birth so she can act younger than she is since she never had enough experience to grow out of certain habits.
Wynne obviously is the oldest along with Ogrhen and Sten who feel they are older than the rest as they act more experienced in life and fighting.
Alastair and Zevran i figure are in their mid twenties .
As for the origins they all feel like 18 year olds all the stories seem to feature some sort of "coming of age" theme to them that is assosiated with a transition to adulthood which classically would come at 18.
That's just how i view the characters anyway when i play i could be way wrong lol.
