There's only one banker and investment agent available in the universe, who also happens to be a agent of the shadow broker - yet this individual fails to facilitate any needs concerning banking, investment, or the shadow broker.

That it's a big stupid jellyfish.
That screwing your shipmates never has complications.
That if I have the proper title I can get away with anything.
That the current US government isn't the stupidest out there (Council).
That even when threatened with extinction politicians will play games and get people killed.
That if you go undercover or recieve information from an undesirable party you are a traitor.
That no matter how much good you do and no matter how often you're right no one will listen.
My very presence makes even the coldest ice queen swoon.
If I die I'll just respawn unless it is the most important battle of my life.
Being loyal to me and my cause makes people better and nearly invincable.
Even if I know a girl is a murdering, manipulative witch the smart idea is to try to bone her.
That I'm so important when I die people will pay billions to bring me back.
That in the future tanks are either highly survivable but unwieldly or they are highly manueverable flying coffins.
I think that sums it up.

Catching Krogan while falling into abyss not causing you fall together.
Person can't survive unless two of his friends will do the same.
It's normal to fragile woman to run with full-armoured Alliance marine on shoulder once or 85 kilos sniper rifle all the time.
EDIT: just remembered. Being dead for couple of years is a popular way to evade taxes
