I've (registered and) voted for Mass Effect. Never been a fan of Starcraft. If it had been Warcraft IV (what's taking you so long, Blizzard?) I might have had a hard time deciding, but BioWare's space game is just better than Blizzard's. Sorry, Blizzard.

I can't wait until they all get bored of Starcraft 2 and switch to any other game. They are annoying ingame too.

Wow.  Apparently video game preferences are the new litmus test for when someone's an adult.  classy.

I happen to love both games and both companies--and Husky's adorkableness.  I'm of the opinion that RTS and RPG are really different, and it's odd comparing them.  They scratch different itches.  The one thing they both have is the opportunity to kick ass and take names with really big guns and badass aliens.  So as far as I'm concerned, one of my two favorite games this year is going to win.  YAY!

I know that   I'm just saying, the SC2 crowd are as passionate about their game as we are about Mass Effect.  They're entitled to that.  And this should be taken in the spirit of friendly competition, not as a commentary on whose fans are doing what.  

Besides, games= fun.  Wankery, from the ME2 fans or the SC2 fans, does not equate to fun.

I loved SC2's multiplayer, but it's story quality was inferior to it's predecessor.

I hate having to choose between SC2 and ME2. i'm a huge fan of both, but ME2 just takes it only because the story is so incredible compared to SC2. The multiplayer was fun but it gets very old after a while, I probably played 15 matches then went back and rerun another ME2 playthrough.

The thing is, you just can't compare the two things because the main thing about Starcraft 2 is the multiplayer feature. The campaing adds a nice touch and it's fun to play but the game is focused towards 1v1 gameplay.

I love both games. I'm a huge Mass Effect fan and I started playing SC2 a month ago, mostly because of my bf. My opinion is that this contest is not legit at all. They don't even reveal the final % because they want you to watch their show. 

In fact, g4 TV is quite lolworthy.

No matter what people might think of G4 and the deathmatch, it's still a GOTY award
