I ran into the bug that happens when you level up during the battle against the Rage Demon in Warden's Keep in that the door remains locked because you don't get the cutscene from Levi. Problem is after I killed the demon and realized the door was locked I went back throughout the keep looking for something I missed and saved my game after that. So the only save game I have is autosave right when you go into combat against the Demon and you can't leave the area when you're in combat. My current game is 18 hours time played and the only save I have before that is 7 hours time played. My only options are going back to that save or restarting the game, both are ridiculous options.

I just spent $25 on DLC and planned on another $35 (I'm glad I held off on that now) before I started this new game and now my game is ruined because of a bug that has been around since the release of the game on November 3rd, 2009. It seems to me Bioware doesn't care enough to fix any number of the known bugs since the release of the game and that's just ridiculous.

The point of this post is I'm looking for a response from someone in the know (preferably from the developers) that these bugs are still being worked on (this specific bug should be an easy fix anyways). It sure doesn't seem like they are since a year has passed since the release of this content. :(

You probably not get a response from the Devs as they are concentrating on ME3 & DA2.

I think that's your only option which you mentioned was going back to your previous save trust me I feel your pain as I've had to do that once but what can you do when they aren't even supporting the game anymore :(

Yes as D4rkFire said, don't expect any support on the issue. On that, I also sympathize.

However, you might consider this a learning experience and a time to start keeping more than a couple saves. You should ALWAYS keep multiple saves. Just like you should keep back-up copies of your files. It's just smart planning, since you won't know you have a problem until it's too late!

You should keep 5-10 saves going at least for each character. I keep 15-20, but then I'm a little overly cautious.

Well that sucks that they probably aren't even supporting the game anymore.

About keeping multiple saves. I like to keep only one save and keep overwriting it. Occasionally I'll have a second save but that's usually if I'm going to check out option A and then reload and check option B. I dislike doing that but sometimes I just do it if I get frustrated with something. Which is why I try to keep only one save so that I don't have the option to "Retry" and I'm forced to play with the choices I made. =/
