So, my characters dont upload to the social -character-info thingy. I have tried to fix it before, but It didnt work. So I thought: well, everyone is saying it takes a while, so why not wait and see what happens?

I lost track of time.
It has been 8 months.
Can anybody help me?

I am playing Dragon Age on Xbox 360. When I first got the game, some of my characters' stats appeared, but never their portraits. the gear they wore was never updated, and after a short while the stats stopped updating. The website thinks I have only 5 characters. It is closer to 9 or 10 by now. It also says that a few of my files are at levels 5 or 6, when on my xbox they are at level 15 or higher. The website says it is linked to my gamertag (acknowledges my gamertag as what it really is) but it just wont update. If I go to "Profile Diagnostics" on the site, it just says "Invalid persona/game combination"

Any help here?
