LMAO! That was a great line AceMan.  I definitely share your pain. However, ME2 is shaping up to be pretty good. Don't deny yourself a wonderful gaming experience over this. Just be cautious with the pre-ordered DLC from the Bioware/EA sites.  I dont' know which platform you use but I'll be doing all of my DLC ordering from XBox Live from now on if I can help it.

Would bringing my hard drive to a buddies house and downloading on his xbox cause problems? Also... do i just go into my hard drive and delete all my DLC then redownload? Because it lists all the DLC i have when the dialouge box comes up (Stone Prisoner & Blood Dragon Armour).  I also found this wierd... when i'm offline it doesn't list any DLC at all even though I downloaded it... Thank you to anyone who can help

Re: someone else's Xbox. I'm fairly sure it'd cause problems, I've seen similar things reported on this forum.



As for it not listing your DLC when offline---that's the problem.

Okay we've identified the problems... now...how can i fix it? i redownloaded the stuff.. On my buddies xbox.. still doesn't work.

Thanks you very much! This fixed the problem. I was worried that by the
time bioware fixed the problem it would of already been to late and I
would not of been able to re download it. Or they would of changed the
requirements and the time I found out it would of already been in June
and again too late. Thank you VERY much mate.

Did the exact step for step again by Switzki and it fixed the corrupt problem, AND the DRM issue. Thanks again.

I tried this, but now the Feral Wolf Charm is no where to be seen. It's not in my DA download list or my XBOX Live Downloaded list but the other two promo items ( Dragon Armor and Memory Band ) where there. Could this have to do with the DAJ's items? This seemed to of started after I downloaded the Amulet from DAJ.

This really is becoming quite frustrating seeing as I can't load a game I just put 40+ hours into.

I would of liked to of done the Live EA Help but can't find the link on their page anymore.

tried your suggestions from stone prisoner and warden's keep , alas even with 7 seperate attempts it still gives me the error when my xbox isnt connected to xbox live . only one i have that works is the blood dragon armor .

Probably. It's a general issue with a single piece of DLC having multiple licenses tied to it, not really anything peculiar to the game itself. If ME2 promotional DLC is bundled the same way DA:O's was, then I imagine you could see the same problem. You'd need to determine which ME2 data files to delete and re-download.

I don't have ME2, though, so this is all conjecture. Proceed at your own risk.

Well when I load the save it gives me two particular DLC's that are not available, even though I downloaded four. Now that I think about it though, I'm not sure if they bundle anything with it. I will try it once I get my Live connection back.

okay, my problem is with The Lions Paw boots. The two promo packs don't show that as being part of them so I'm not sure if it is or not. Does anyone else know before I start deleting??? And I checked the BioWare page and it says I'm registered for The Lions Paw.

never mind about The Lions Paw boots. i had the memory band too, which was part of pack 1, and i got them both from Amazon, so i took a chance and deleted pack 1, went back and chose to download the boots instead of the memory band, and voila, now they both show up online, offline, even online but not on the DA servers. thanks for the help ... i wish i'd found this out last thursday when we were stuck in this ice storm and couldn't get online all weekend!!

So... I have the same problem (with The Edge). I have been looking for Promo Pack 2 to delete it, but it isn't even on my hard drive. Or available on my downloadable content for download. Anyone know why this is?
