Sounds very strange that 12game would blame Bioware (the developer) for something they can't do anything about. EA (the publisher) is the one responsible for actually printing and publishing the packages, and delivering to the stores. Bioware has no control over that at all.

I DID get my SE from 12games.com. Its a retailer that is always VERY reliable (look at their userscore) so tbh if they say EA/BioWare did not deliver I tend to believe 12games is right. They usually go out of their way to deliver extra's, pre-order stuff and CE-editions and are very well informed about these things.

First, are we absolutely sure that the statement posted on the previous page actually came from 12games, and wasn't made up by an angry user on that tweakers forum? Did anyone here receive an identical email from 12games?
Second, note that the statement posted on the previous page specifically said Bioware, not EA or EA/Bioware. I don't doubt that 12games did not get the products delivered, I just find it strange that they're blaming Bioware, not EA, for this. I would definitely like to make a clear distinction between the two, as - as far as I know - Bioware has absolutely no control over the actual delivery of the product, or how many go to which store. That's all in the hands of EA. And 12games should know that, as EA is the company they receive their retail boxes from.
