A German gaming magazine said so.  

It hasn't been confirmed by anyone at Bioware though.

i still will be waiting for the reveal....i really wanted a dalish mage companion and i dont to get my hopes up and suffer the sting of dissappointment.

This is why I love BioWare. Some Companions in DA2 you have already meet in Origins.

Since the Dalish Elves now have Welsh accents I suppose she'll also have a new VO too (unless her current actresses can pull off a Welsh accent)
