I just bought a brand new seaed copy of DAO and the codes wont work.....in fact they are only 16 diis but he redeem codes on my xbox require 24 digits. Any ideas?

I'm guessing you tried to redeem through XBox Live, and not in-game. Have you tried to redeem in-game?

You don't redeem them by going to the "Xbox menu" (Xbox button), you do it from in-game or through your EA account. The codes are fine.

If bought new and retail version it should be in the box on a leaflet.
If bought digitally I think you're supposed to get an email.
If secondhand you'll have to buy the dlc.
