If you'd have done that, you knew beforehand that there are many posters who also encounter crash after crash.

Why? We already know that patches 1.03 and 1.04 made the game unstable and we are waiting almost a year now for a _good_patch.

You cannot fix it on your own, as it's a problem within the game itself. Try to ask if BioWare fixes those issues for you, maybe you'll have better luck with an answer than we have, because we are requesting a good patch for months now without getting any answer or respond whatsoever.

I did, but there were so many that I didn't know which precisely to look... I checked some, but couldn't be bothered to read through 52 pages of a 1.03 locked bug thread, having I DA:O Ultimate installed which comes with 1.04 included.

Therefore I am unable to play the game with 1.02a, as mine comes patched right from installation... am I thus to sit idly and accept the fact that I'm the proud owner of a half-working product?

Btw, I tried the solution with the memory dump thing and it didn't work...

Well, you can thank BioWare and especially EA for their patch policy. The question regarding a new patch is ignored to 100%. Patches don't make money, but DLC do. Which one to support? Thinking about it, they do not even support DLC by patching [exception WH, but only because it was crucial to the plot].

oh, and yeah, you as well as me and others are sitting on a half-working product

hey everyone, i recently started experiencing these random crashes. Im now playing the mission in the circle of mages and the game keeps crashing every 5 to 10 minutes or so. Ive also ready many other threads and have tried some of the solutions but they havent worked for me. Ive spent enough time getting all the DLC to work, now i have to spend more time getting the game to actually work?
