How do I add a hak file from one module to another module or a new module?

Same way you may have added it to the first module.
Open module in toolset, open module properties, add in the hak file (near top).

Hm, When I click on mod prop nothing happens.

1) Click View
2) Click Module Properties
3) Click the Properties Tab on the side of the screen
4) Open the dialog box for Hak Pak
5) Add the desired hak paks to your mod
