And "I want to Glitter from ear to ear!" Was most certainly coming from a woman's mind who has now also become a golem who is not slow/stupid or cold-blooded. (Well maybe cold blooded when killing birds. That's about it, but it was mainly for self-defense!)

Varric and Aveline are confirmed.

I haven't outright heard them state anything about Bethany/Carver (or don't remember if I had), but I'm pretty sure they're definite companions too.

Well Varric and Isabella, right, I was kinda on the females. And I am talking about fulltime companions ofc, so even after the Prologue. Aveline far as I know isn't confirmed to be available after you arrive in Kirkwall, like in the 2nd year and so on.

This. The only female party member I really enjoyed listening to was Shale. Most of all I want a male mage party member, so I won't be without a mage when I'm not playing as one.

There are no female qunari in DA2.

There's no reason why they should. It's not DA:O, where they're all living together in a small camp.

That is, assuming that being near other women changes the timing of your period, which is questionable.
