I can't seen to get any recent ME2 DLC purchase to work. This extends to Overlord and Kasumi's Stolen Memories as of right now, though I might have this problem with Lair of the Shadow Broker too.
The error I get is as follows:
"The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged sik, a failed download or a virus.
You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain anew copy.
It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED)."
I have downloaded the installer again, first as just a regular download, the second time saving it to my harddrive. I have had the same error. I very frustrated at this point.

It seems the EA servers often serve corrupt installers. Some people were able to get a good one after many tries. You could also try to download the DLCs you paid for via a filesharing network. There, file integrity checks are built in.

That's ridiculous. EA has done nothing to address the the possibility their installers are corrrupt?

Welcome to capitalism! Apparently it is more profitable for EA to save on customer service and endure a bit bad PR, than invest into helping everyone.

i've had the same issue with all Cerberus network content, after trying several days later they worked.
Now my Kasumi D/L has done it to me twice, i didn't care to much when it was free content, but i paid for this, it better start working. Sure it's only $7, but the principle behind this ordeal stands. It's just bad form on their part to not supply working content to clients, and making no effort to even pretend to care. It's insulting.

Please don't dig up dead and buried old messages that have no current value; what these look like is just a series of complaints, not PC Tech solutions to problems. If you can't find pertinent help in the archives, say that you looked and found nothing useful, that's sufficient. I can't offer help with any DLC. I don't have any faith in how it is delivered and authorized, so I'll not buy such stuff myself.
Good luck. Maybe if you use Google instead of the forum's own decrepit junk version of a search you'll do better. Just add the site redirector to the criteria:

Given that a great number of people who have had corrupt files have managed to get around the problem by using a different browser, disabling their AV, or not using wireless networking, it seems the oproblem often lies more at the client end, than the delivery.
As Gorath mentioned, a search of the forums would have lead you to various threads with a lot of answers in them. Because you are too lazy, here are some of them.
1) Dont use wireless to download large files, as the packet loss from wireless can cause corruptions.
2) Dont use download accelerators, as they can also cause packet loss as they jump connections.
3) Use a browser without any add-ons. Chrome and Opera have proven to be the most reliable.
4) Disable AV and/or firewall during the download.
5) Try the download from a net cafe as your ISP might not be delivering a decent service.
