Question. I want to buy Dragon Age Ultimate Edition. i've finished Origins but I do not have xbox live. So If I do purchase the ultimate edition is it still possible to unlock the downloadable contents?

This question is sorta addressed elsewhere but I want to make absolutely sure. I don't want to purchase the Ultimate edition and not access the content. Thoughts?
