Of course, he only mentioned you and amers.   He forgot about me, which just goes to show you how mentally unstable he is.

Great way to DIE!!! With a STR of 200 you can lift 0lbs of weight.
 Try it

if you don't want the encumberance dial it down to 100 STR.   Even if you don't, you won't die.   you'd have a natural AC of 105, and an insane tumble skill, not to mention HP.  They'd be lucky to even hit you, and would very likely be dead long before you with the +95 attack bonus and +95 damage bonus(@ 200 STR, with 100 STR it's 45 attack bonus and damage bonus) ;)  go ahead.. try.   besides... isn't that what bags of holding are for?

***Edit***
just Killed an ancient black dragon, no armor, just an ordinary dagger in hand, and a healing potion.   was doing an average of 83 damage per hit. 200 str, 200 con, 200 wis, and 200 dex. *shrugs* :innocent:  Killed an adult with just two hits, so I felt the upgrade to the ancient was well called for  took 6 or 7 to take it down.

roflmao!   I am not sure what is more sad: twinking the stats like that OR fighting an OC dragon with around 200 HP and thinking you are cool!  Seriously.  On a pw I used to play, we would play areas with the average monster having 500HP or more.  Area bosses had 1000's.   The few dragons that were around had 10,000++ HP.  And we didnt need to put our stats like that!

What's next, putting your str at 900 and going out to kill rats then coming back and saying "guys, i hit this 10hp rat for 500damage!"

Honestly, what you do in the privacy of your own game is your business, but please, if you are going to brag about it, make it something worth bragging about!  btw, there is NOTHING in the bioware games worth bragging about!

Thanks for the laugh though!  Posted Image

What I think it all boils down to more then anything else is, how vivid is your own imagination? I was talking to a co-worker last night at the staff christmas dinner and he was telling me about his daughter and how he was a bit freaked out because she has such a vivid imagination. He said he can have her at a store and tell her she can't touch any of the toys but she can play with them in her mind any way she wants to. His other daughter almost immediately gets bored but the one with the vivid imagination can sit there for hours playing with all of the toys in her mind.

Some children might have an imaginary friend while they are growing up, and what my friend found out is that a child with such a vivid imagination like his daughter,  is capable of having a whole room full of imaginary friends. I think this also determines how immersive as an adult you can become while playing crpg's like NWN, if your imagination lets you go there, you can go anywhere.

I think the prize goes to putting down a light-hearted post while bragging about how uber the 10,000++ HP dragons were on a PW you played a while back.  Sounds like a bad take on the Four Yorkshiremen.

In my day we had to kill ancient black dragons with our bare hands, and at least fifty of our friends would be horribly killed before our eyes, and once we killed the dragon, we had to drag the body back to our village all the while crying over our friends' mutilated corpses, and then we'd clean an' dress the dragon and hold the strips of meat over an open flame with our hands because we didn't have frying pans or skewers or grills.

I actually made a character that had devastating critical in Badger form!  Used it to freak the hell out of players when they would come up to pet the badger and get killled!!  Oh the fun!

One time I had a friend turn me into a rabbit form, which also had the same attacks as badger, and I remember going to eat some grass.  I remember this guy got in my way and i guess he rolled a 1 or something, cuz he died with one hit.  Poor guy.   SOrry man.  It wasnt vorpal, it was dev crit (vorpal doesnt work on nwn, to my knowledge).  If only I was kidding  Posted Image  I have literally done it all, i think (except RP in solo games).

I've never had a problem with vorpal not working, I've used it quite frequently on my weapons. Naturally, it works best if your weapon is keen, and you have the improved critical feat(why wouldn't you?).    Just need the poor soul you crit, to not make the DC.   Don't know about Multiplayer games though, as i don't play those.

Also.. i Killed both dragons  which was created within PGCC.  Seriously?  900 str?  the game doesn't allow for any where near that much infact you can't even break 300 on a PC.   guess it shows how much you actually DO know about the game. By the way Ancient black dragons have around 380 HP, and i as far as i know ancient dragons don't exist in the OC, perhaps there's someone around here that has only NWN without expansions that can confirm?.
Killing ANY dragon with an ordinary unenchanted dagger, killing it with that using a legit, pre-level 12 character, no spells what-so-ever would be utterly impossible.   No, i don't feel because it CAN be done, makes it cool, i was merely explaining that you wouldn't die from jacking your stats that high. No where did i even remotely imply that I tweak my stats when i play a REAL game, as i don't.    why would you waste your time with PWs?..really.   I mean, i'd understand if your real life is non-existant, but come on.  no ends?  no resolutions?   basically you end up accomplishing nothing, thus have nothing to brag over either. :P.

ROFLMAO!! Really?  So on top of everything you suffer from the common "quote bible" syndrome!  That's where someone attempts to quote from the bible and takes a portion of the passage and says that that is what was meant!  If you read the FULL line about the 900 str, you will read that it was a shot at YOU.. "What's NEXT, putting YOUR str to 900 and bragging..." LOL  I know its impossible!   It is unfortunate that I have forgotten more than you will know about nwn.  And, if you really want to show intelligence, I have made characters with LEGIT 50 str without using debugs (as I was on a pw - that is WITH +12 to str from items).

I have never understood why people play the OC's over and over.  When I saw a dragon battle in chapter 3, that was it for me.  No dragon would ever be taken down by that level (ok, maybe a newborn dragon, less than a week old).

Im not sure what you mean about nothing accomplished on PW.  When you talk to players who have been around on pw's, esp during DM events, they tell stories of past events that were thrilling (i remember being told by one guy about a dragon DM battle that lasted an hour of real time with 12 lv 30+ characters).  Finishing a storyline is fine.  But we are talking about something that 13 people enjoyed together!  In my mind, hands down it wins.  And, if you do something that the DMs never considered, hell yeah, there are bragging rights!  Its just that you are among REAL people and not in your own mind patting yourself on the back for having finished your 100th story mod.  It is a totally different game.  They arent like MMO's (at least not that i have found) where you loose your life.  PW are simply on running worlds where you log and play with people you know or meet and enjoy an experience together.  The story never ends on a PW, and that allows you to take ONE character to lv 40 in the same story.

Good luck with everything.  I really didnt mean to give you a hard time about the twinked stats!  I just found it hillarious that you actuallly did something like when simple math would have given you the answer.  Eventually, if you play nwn enough, you dont even have to play anymore to know the general gist of what will happen.  Its at that point that you retire Posted Image.  That you have managed to play solo for more than a year is an accomplishment!  But as the RP folks say, different strokes.

Sorry, but theres NO cheating in a SOLO game!  Just the realization that you are so lame that you have to sell something you made for more gold than there is in the forgotten realms just to beat a game that is so easy my 2 yr old beats it!  Posted Image

ok, alittle bit of an exageration!
