i have never made any mods for a game but i would really like to learn how to use this toolset will there be any tutorials for cut scenes and everything?.

Look at the top of the screen at the tab "Wikis" Click that and find your way onto the toolset wiki. As you can see we already have a bunch of tutorials - so the answer to your question is Yes, yes and yes.

I am so looking forward to playing with the Toolset and creating something awesome. I also can't wait to play the game as well. 11/3 can't come soon enough LOL.

This stands to be the standard for which all other toolsets must reach. I can't imagine being able to literally created cutscenes with full dialog, action and voice directed and set by us! The Machinima movies alone will be awesome! If it is easy to use, one could create store quality addons or even fan created expansions! This could be the longest running game ever.

haha for me it will be awesome if they add a subitilte on cutsence... so i can read and it will be awesome with voice... it better than no voice...

The toolset doesn't appear to be available anymore. Whenever I try to access it via the Wiki page I get taken to a social.bioware.com/toolset.php page where there are tags for Features / Downloads / Gallery, but the Downloads (& Gallery) tags don't do anything. I'm guessing Bioware have made it unavailable until the bugs can be ironed out.

Any idea when the toolset will be available again?
