I don't know if there is a thread about this already but I couldn't find any.

I have played through all the dlc once and gotten all rewards, but recently I played through witch hunt again and the only rewards that my new character has is the ones from witch hunt. I have started several other characters to test and all have this problem, except my old one that has all the rewards. 

I should also mention that I have the collectors edition and the helm "bergens honor" and the other stuff that comes with that edition is gone as well. If I click on "downloadable content in the start menu in dragon age then it says that they are all downloaded.

Re download from the store then install them again tho i haven't had this problem i might help
