Does anyone know of a comprehensive list of the available combos in the game?

Are combos only available for spells or are they also possible for warrior/rogue abilites?

The only ones I know about so far are:
Grease+fire
Frozen/petrify+stonefist/crushing prison
Inferno+blizzard+tempest = Storm of the century

There is a Paralysis Explosion combo for using Glyph of Paralysis and... Glyph of Warding? I think?

If not Warding then another of the 4 glyphs, anyway.

hex of vulnerability + life syphon or mana drain nets you nearly double potency of the drain



And no I'm quite sure the only combos listed in the codex are spell + spell combos athough the spells that freeze/petrify enemies can be considered a combo with critical hits from conventional weapons.
